Terms of Service

Last updated October 1, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Bright Horses Digitale, based in the Netherlands (“we”, “us”), which provides Ommnium: the website, the web and mobile app, and the Mac app. By creating an account or using Ommnium, you agree to them. If you use Ommnium for an organization, you confirm that you may accept these terms for it, and “you” includes that organization.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.

Ommnium is in preview

Ommnium is still being built. Features may change, be limited, or be removed, and the service may sometimes be unavailable. We don’t yet offer service levels or guaranteed support. Ommnium is currently free; if we start charging, we’ll tell you the price before it applies, and paid use will need your agreement.

Your account and Organization

  • You must be at least 16 to use Ommnium.
  • Keep your sign-in details secure and your account information accurate. You’re responsible for what happens under your account.
  • Organizations are managed by their admins. Admins can invite and remove members, manage Agents, and open Agents’ Computers. An Organization is responsible for how its members use Ommnium and for the access it grants them.

Your content

You keep ownership of everything you and your Agents create or upload in Ommnium, including Agent outputs. You give us permission to host, store, copy, process and display that content only as needed to provide and secure Ommnium for you, which includes sending it to AI model providers and to services you connect so your Agents can work.

You’re responsible for your content and for having the rights to use it in Ommnium. We don’t use your content to train AI models.

Agents and AI

  • Agents can make mistakes. Their outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable, and are not professional advice. Review important work before you rely on it.
  • Agents act with the access you and your Organization give them. When you approve an Agent’s request, draft or action, or set up an Automation that runs on its own, the resulting actions are taken on your behalf, and you’re responsible for them.
  • When an Agent runs on an AI account you connected yourself, such as your own ChatGPT subscription, or on a coding agent on your Mac, that provider’s terms also apply to that use.

Connected services

You can connect other services, such as email, calendars, Slack or GitHub, so your Agents can work with them. Only connect accounts you’re allowed to use this way. Connected services are provided by others under their own terms; we aren’t responsible for them. You can disconnect a service at any time.

Acceptable use

Don’t use Ommnium, or direct an Agent, to:

  • break the law, or infringe or violate the rights of others;
  • harass, threaten, deceive or harm people, or send spam;
  • create or spread malware, or access systems or data without permission;
  • interfere with Ommnium, get around its limits or security, or overload it;
  • copy, reverse engineer or resell Ommnium, except where the law allows it;
  • use Ommnium or its outputs to build a competing product or train AI models;
  • break the usage policies of the AI providers or connected services involved.

Our service

Ommnium, including its software, design and brand, belongs to us and our licensors. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Ommnium, including the Mac app, under these terms. If you send us feedback, we may use it without any obligation to you.

Suspension and termination

You can stop using Ommnium and delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, if your use creates a risk for others or for us, or if we stop offering Ommnium. Where reasonable, we’ll give you notice first. Sections that by their nature should continue after termination, such as those on liability and disputes, continue to apply.

Disclaimers

To the extent the law allows, Ommnium is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, including that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential damages, such as lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total liability for all claims relating to Ommnium is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and €100. These limits don’t apply to damage caused by our intent or deliberate recklessness, or where the law doesn’t allow them.

If you use Ommnium for an organization, it will compensate us for third-party claims caused by its content or by use of Ommnium that breaks these terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we’ll tell you in Ommnium or by email before it applies. If you don’t agree, you can stop using Ommnium; continuing to use it means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes go to the competent court in the Netherlands. If you’re a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and may also bring a dispute to its courts.

General

These terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and us about Ommnium. If part of them can’t be enforced, the rest still applies. Not enforcing a right now doesn’t mean we give it up. You may not transfer these terms without our consent; we may transfer them as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
